Caught up in my world of free association and colour, space and shapes, I am unaware of movement around me. I need to add another daub of this here, and that needs to come out more, over there. As I apply the next part, I’m unaware of much else. All of a sudden, a man’s voice resonates in my space and urges me to hurry up, and to leave what I’m doing. I think the voice had been speaking for a time, but only now do I give those sounds (words) meaning. I’ve got to go!
